Skinny white kid and is only 22 years old, that’s quite a long, miserable life in prison. I’d be asking them to put the death penalty on the table if I were him

Complete disagreement here. Shooting a firearm in a crowd that big very clearly would make aggravated murder a likely verdict.

I don't know if anyone will be able to get to him. I'd have to imagine there's a pretty good chance he gets put in ADX Florence.

I highly doubt that. For one, I'm not sure there will be federal charges. Second, he doesn't fit the profile for admax or even max. Look at Derrick Chauvin, for instance.
