The former CIA man will walk away and it's a swing district.
quote:

In July 2018 it was reported that the race for Hurd's seat was on track to become "the most expensive congressional race in the state's history."

The race was the closest House race in Texas. The Associated Press initially called it for Hurd on election night, but an additional batch of votes temporarily gave Ortiz Jones a small lead, which Hurd then regained. After all provisional and overseas ballots were counted, Hurd was officially declared the winner on November 19.

Tx will go blue soon.

Either we start the process of standing up to be heard, or we will be silent until it's too late.

Understand TX, you are the last line of defense. TX along with CALI equals the doom of the USA.

Either e start playing by the rules they set, or we will lose Tx in 12 to 15 years.

And it's an organized effort

Texas people don’t realize how much money and resources are being dumped into Texas by the dems to flip it, and if that happens, it’s game over for Republicans

If Texas turns blue, the US will be fast tracked to socialist policies.

And watch China's economy flourish.

Texas will go blue soon because we are now an urban state. The people in our cities are just like the idiots in every other city in the country: rabidly liberal.

About half of Californians speak a language other than English at home.

About one third of Texans do the same. And those are our 2 largest states, population wise.

Largely bolstered by these large states, that raises the number of Americans who do this to over 1 in 5.

The only hope the US has to avoid this - IMO - is an unforeseen shift away from the Free Stuff Party by brown and black voters. I really think it could happen with a neutral MSM but I think it’s an incredible long shot given the way things are.

If the Republicans can gain control of the House in 2020, I'd certainly expect Trump will push hard for welfare reform.

Trump's goal before 2024 will be to set Republicans up for the future by taking away all the competitive advantages the Dems currently have.

The last thing he wants is a Dem wave to come in and undo his progress.

Well, he voted against overhauling Obamacare, said he would vote to confiscate Trump's taxes, voted for tranny equal rights, also voted to condemn Trump's tweets, voted to end the govt. shutdown, criticized Trump for his EO barring refugees from certain countries, and said the wall was unnecessary?

Yeah, this pretty much has everything to do with it. Not, "Texas is turning blue". More like, RINO GOP sucks and his constituents don't want him there anymore.
