Two incredible things: Nadler says American people can not be trusted to pick a president.

"It's too important to leave it to the people"...unbelievable. And an American president may be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors. There exists no federal or state staute or law against "Abuse of power" nor "obstruction of congress"...and the separation of powers acts and laws reserve the powers of the executive branch.
Neither can the president charge and take action based upon a perceived political act of Obstruction of the Presidency by the United States House of Representatives nor the US Senate. Mitch McConnell should not in good faith allow this action to be brought before the senate since it has no standing. He should send it back to the House and tell them to cite the high crime or misdemeanor they are citing in the law books.
