Even if her policies weren’t crap, I think her appalling lack of professionalism alone would be grounds for termination. The very idea of crying during a meeting with other high-level executives because you don’t like the new leadership, or even because you think you might lose your job … no mature, intelligent, QUALIFIED adult would think this is the least bit acceptable.
