More like fact checking that drug addicts don’t ever use needles to inject drugs. The drugs are actually injected using the plunger system, the needle simply facilitates the entrance of the drug into the vein, so while they do use needles in the process it is not the injection mechanism and therefore no junkie uses a needle to inject
