You’re making a lot of claims in this thread with zero evidence

I guess we will see how this plays out and who was right. I expect like usual you won’t be correct; but you will still blow a bunch of bullshite at us all; and afterwards explain you really were right but it was only because of extenuating circumstances your prediction was wrong. But, because of this you were still correct.

That is just based on history though. Maybe this time will be different.

I don’t know dude. I disagree with cwill on this one, but if he and I (or what will happen, much better attorneys argue it) I give it 50/50. I think it all comes down to what was said in negotiations.

I would have the racist against an African American card, though.

I don’t know if you have a Twitter, but if you do, check out Raffi Melkonian @RMFifthCircuit.

I’m in the fifth so he’s a good general follow for me but he has some good stuff on this musk-Twitter deal

Stock is fricked and lawsuits are going to fly. He basically just wrecked them and it is hilarious.

twitter has threatened to sue, but hasnt filed yet. they also threatened a stock dilution, but didnt do it

musk may have accepted the threat of being sued as a contingency knowing Twitter would have to present their data to the court to justify the 5% number

the 5% may be legit, by one methodology, but how did they come to that number? show the math

how does twitter determine a bot versus a real user if for example, there are large blocks of verified users posting from a set of IPs from a Govt building in China?

does that really count in the 95% actual user data? twitter says yes, musk says no

the twitter board has made all sorts of wild threats but they have played this pretty straightforward so far

one thing is certain, we have a tiny fraction of the real information from both sides in the public eye

I am certain the Musk has the best legal minds on his twitter strategy, he will be fine

He certainly does...Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP

Twitter legal team will be in a world of hurt.

Did not know that. Is the agreement public? I’d imagine Twitter had to disclose to the SEC somewhere… you have a link?

This letter specifies in detail which sections of the Merger Agreement Twitter violated.

Despite public speculation on this point, Mr. Musk did not waive his right to review Twitter’s data and information simply because he chose not to seek this data and information before entering into the Merger Agreement. In fact, he negotiated access and information rights within the Merger Agreement precisely so that he could review data and information that is important to Twitter’s business before financing and completing the transaction

cwill says this is bullshite.

Sure you can. When the seller is clearly not acting in good faith.

He did not waive due diligence

I’ve shown that conclusively in 2 prior threads.

I made no claim in the bot issue…again you’re making conclusively statements with no backing.

No, not really. Funny how people are taking Elon's side on this one, dude makes the most outlandish promises, and rarely delivers on any of them.

Rarely delivers other than starting one of the biggest banks in the world, an electric car company worth more than the next ten biggest automakers by market cap, and a company that sends rockets into space?

Tell me more what he hasn't delivered.

Oh yes you can. Given the level of fraud (in terms of fake users) you absolutely can.

If GM lied about the amount of cars they sold by 10-20% in their annual reports, Mary Barra would be in jail. This is why the members of the media generally are audited by third party companies to certify their viewership, because advertisers require a non-biased number.

Which of course leads us to the notion that Twitter is really a media member and thus not subject to 212 protection. But we all know that.

It's time for everyone to realize Elon Musk=China & Twitter is the US Govt.

This is not about the purchase/merger of Twitter, this is about the destruction of Twitter & it's US Govt influenced catalyst to global narratives.
