Twitter locked out almost every employee last night pending the release of the layoff emails. Her being pregnant doesn't magically disqualify her from this, despite the hack Yahoo writer's implication that it should.

And that was wrong then and still is now. Thats why I assumed we would get some consistency from a crowd who has seen this done to their people first hand, but everyone is too worried about getting a "win" instead of doing whats right.
