Tweaking language to make sure each side appears to have “won”?

It’s not like there is a mystery to what each wants. Is someone being water boarded to get a final “yes” answer?

Iran agrees to dilute their enriched Uranium stockpile to 20%.

Its the same exact thing, but sounds very different.

You are 100% correct but the members of the Red/Green Alliance will claim victory because Trump didn't topple the Islamic Regime and take control of Iranian oil.

If they still have the majority of their ammunitions in the mountains, I wouldn’t be beating my chest. They also touched up our bases all around the region.

If the goal was to topple the regime and total get rid of the nuclear program both of which were stated multiple times if this really a win? I mean militarily we won hands down but didn’t achieve the stated goals.
