I have a Turkish made 1911 45 ACP by a company called Tisas. It has run flawlessly and came highly recommended.

Yea I don’t understand some of the responses in this thread.
I was sitting on newspaper on the floor with my Dad taking apart and cleaning guns with him when I was 8 years old.
He was very direct and I listened.

My kids are grown, but I always keep my pistols where I can access them quickly, otherwise.... what's the point of having them for self defense??
I raised my kids around guns, shooting guns, and respecting guns. Children need to experience guns, especially pistols, hearing them and seeing the damage they inflict. That way it becomes real to them and respect follows.

I think your missing the point. These NATO leaders have no problem begging for advanced weapons so other people can kill other people, but they are so warped with their progressive ideology they refuse to touch one!

I keep 1 gun in easy reach but only my wife or me can access. I've talked with my daughter about guns and to not mess with them. She seems to understand but who knows when kids get curious.
I was thinking of placing one way up high since their both too small to reach it but I know if they wanted to, they would find a way, they're clever.
