Elon Musk also claims to be an alien himself. So yeah, probably not the best source for this stuff. Not to mention he likely is subject to many NDAs with the government.

Read "The Facade" and "The Portent" by Michael Heiser. It's fiction but he was a Biblical and Ancient Hebrew Scholar. He also spent a lot of his time researching UFO and abduction phenomena.

You really don't have to keep as many people quiet about it as you'd think either. You might have various people working on separate pieces of the issue but only a few at the top who know how they fit together. Even if someone leaks something they are telling a quarter of the story if even that much.

Just recently watched an in-depth dive video into the caller who was cut off when disclosing that ETs were actually interdimensional beings, with nefarious intent.
That one in particular, something was definitely happening bigly. There was an actual satellite link outage and it was documented among all the channels and users. The networks were in a panic over it.
Your point is valid and I agree that AB played along and embellished things at times, but there were instances where things legitimately got weird.
