I have made this statement here many times. Russia is in Ukraine because they saw NATO’s eastward expansion as a threat and invasion. Clinton and all subsequent president’s promised Russia that NATO would not expand eastward. We back tracked on that promise for 25 years. When Biden said he would nominate Ukraine for NATO, it all but guaranteed a Russian reaction. Should Russia have invaded —no. Are they wrong for doing so—yes. Despite this, the Biden Admin sealed the fate of Ukrainian people by provoking Russia. We never needed Ukraine in NATO. There is no geopolitical advantage to having them in NATO unless you desire to provoke Russia into an armed conflict. We have idiots running this country who make self serving decisions at the expense of both American and international lives.

The video will be released at 5 pm ct today on Tucker's X channel.
This is a "partial" and apparently edited (to what extent IDK) transcript probably released by the Putin camp. So take it with a grain of salt until the real video from Tucker comes out later. With that said this partial transcript is probably pretty close.

You put Russia in Central America and now they're expanding into Mexico with their political and economic influence and watch how quickly the border is closed and how quickly the US rolls into Mexico.
