It's amazing how quickly y'all change positions based on personalities.
Almost all of us thought the J6 "pipe bomber" was bullshite as part of the plot against Trump. After 5 years of no progress on the case, Steve Baker identified as a suspect THE Capitol Police officer who
-was the very first government witness against the framed J6 protesters
-incited violence among J6 protesters by unlawfully shooting them in the face with pepper balls
-was promoted to work at the CIA after J6
THEN, within the week, DOJ magically restarted an investigation against the Trump supporter who had been dismissed as a subject YEARS earlier AND miracle of miracles...without any new evidence....charged the autistic Trump supporter as the pipe bomber.
This SHOULD be a major story for people who want to understand the frickery by the Deep State around J6.
Who is pursuing the story? Benny Johnson? Fox?
No---Tucker Carlson. You don't have to like Carlson to appreciate him getting really good interviews.

Forget about Tucker in this. What they’ve done to this poor autistic boy is a travesty. I don’t understand why Trump hasn’t stepped in.

Value of an interview:
Tucker: Did they ask you if the photo showed your son?
Mother: Lots of people have gray hoodies.
Maybe she misspoke, but sure seems she would have said "Hell no!" A mother would KNOW instantly. That's the first time it's even crossed my mind that Cole,Jr. might not be innocent.
Other than that, the parents can't imagine their son committing this crime. Really don't have any explanation on why their son has been held without bond (no criminal history, etc). The family is in the bail bond business.
ETA: regarding the VIDEO (vs still photo), the mother is adamant..."that's NOT my son!"

It's been so weird. The theory of the case regarding motive is that Cole, Jr. was a Trump supporter who was upset with the stolen election.
Notably, Trump hasn't made a single comment about the case. No "atta boy!" for Patel, Bondi, Bongino, or Pirro.

That’s not why. I have no clue why he went off the deep end. It does make the credibility of his stories suspect.

The FBI agent who was in charge of the J 6 investigation was the same agent who was in charge of the fraud-filled 'faked" kidnapping of the Governor of Michigan. In which 6 of the so-called insurgents were actually FBI informants, leaving only 2 "real terrorists. Once the shite hit the fan & it was determined to be an actual FBI operation, that agent, instead of being fired / demoted, was promoted & sent to D.C. Where he subsequently ran the mistake-filled investigation into the J6 BS.

All good points. The prosecutor in THIS case was probably the worst of the worst of the Biden DOJ in engaging in lawfare against J6 people.
Is she in jail for that? Has she been at least fired? NO, she's doing the Deep State's bidding by locking up a harmless autistic person without bail and extending the trial date...all in hopes that Brian Cole, Jr. will crack and plead guilty so the government's case isn't NUKED at trial.
