"He appreciates what Bob Mueller is doing,'' Trump's chief counsel John Dowd told USA TODAY in an interview Tuesday. "He asked me to share that with him and that's what I've done.''

Trump's legal team has been in contact with Mueller's office, and Dowd says he has passed along the president's messages expressing “appreciation and greetings’’ to the special counsel.

“The president has sent messages back and forth,’’ Dowd said, declining to elaborate further. Does this seem odd to you ? A man thats supposedly investigating you and you appreciate what he's doing? Sending messages of greetings and appreciation? Hmmm , its like they're buddies or something . Why didn't Trump fire him ? Did they meet the day before Mueller was appointed special counsel? Mueller's FBI informant ? Hmmm. Do I need to connect all the dots for you? Trump flipped Mueller early in the game , deal with it . Geez , amateur hour round here ..

Not Sure how to qualify it. You honestly thought Obama was out to destroy the country, but I’m not sure how strongly convicted you were of that. I think Trump is entirely unqualified and temperamentally unsuited to be the president. I think the fact that his cynical, knavish, nasty campaign enabled his ascent to our highest office is one of the most striking indictments of our political culture in modern history. And I believe all of that absolutely.

What complete shite.

We got to this point not because of Trump. We got to this point due to the militant left abusing the powers they held while in office and did so with out fear.

You damn well know it too.

of course O wanted to destroy America, that goes without saying, O himself said he "wanted to fundamentally transform America", look at what he did in 8 years and honestly tell me he wasn't.

Obama hates this country. That is obvious.

Trump has done just fine in office for 9+ months now. He is obviously qualified. His cabinet is obviously superior to obama's and anything clinton would have appointed. You actually want obama's keystone cops back in charge of the intelligence community?

"one of the most striking indictments of our political culture" when the fricking democrats were using made up bullshite from Russia to get FISA warrants to spy on political opponents - I sure am sad that underhanded shite didn't pay off for them.

baseless melodramatic bullshite

Democrats have lived for decades off character assassination and race pimpery and envy, but Trump is beyond the pale because he doesn't roll over. frick that bullshite.

want to bet whether Trump weaponizes the IRS against his opponents? funnels settlement dollars to political cronies?

You are on the same level as crazed CBC members, funny hat wearers, and the morons who will be shouting aimlessly at the sky in a couple of weeks. Trump beat that confederacy of loons but HE is the indictment. He saved the country. clinton plus the lapdog press would be free to do WHATEVER SHE WANTED. I am sure you think her moral compass would have guided her to do what is best for the country.

I wonder if Manafort's brief stint with the Trump Campaign was as much of a set-up as the Trump Jr. meeting with the Russian lawyer and the fake dossiere'?

This is indeed one way to orchestrate a "Set-up". You create a dirty character up to no good and then you task your dirty character to make numerous contacts with your target.

A third of your posts are about me or DB. True enough that they're rarely to us.

Don't know what I'd call that.

What you have always missed and continue to miss is the fact that your side - via Progressivism and Deep State treachery has made a mockery of American traditions, Principles, ideals and Institutions. And it would no longer hold . You guys went too far. Hubris and corruption, creating a culture that none of us are proud of anymore .

And so now, as the Universe does in such cases, the pendulum swings the other way and tens of millions of Normals take a sigh of relief . Your job now is to take it. Just sit back for eight/ twelve/sixteen years while Normals erase everything Obama ever subjected the country to, and STFU . Or better yet, continue to cry and whine and reveal your infantilism for our pleasure . You guys had your shot and you fricked our great country up beyond all repair . And now we have to clean up your mess.

I'll respond directly to you this time. Why would you think I specifically, or most anyone, cares what you would call it? Now I'm not that important, nor do I delude myself that I am. But the reason why I don't engage yourself or DB, is that you rarely add anything of substance, and at some point, past performance is an indicator of future performance. Both of you are so often so wrong, it's not worth my time to respond. On the rare occasions I do, you behave like children, so I just avoid.
