I met a Lebanese Christian who bartended at the old Embassy Suites here in Myrtle Beach when I first started practicing law. We had a premises liability case involving a nearby property and used to go there for lunch at the restaurant every so often. I became friendly with the guy and our conversations often involved political discussions. His views on the Israel-Palestine conflict opened my eyes to certain things I'd missed or ignored. I assumed he'd be pro-Israeli being a Maronite Christian, but he hated the Israelis as much as he did the Muslims.

I have always said there are good people in Gaza. It is the Iran/Obama sponsored HAMAs and Hezbollah terrorists that are the problem

Should have gotten the job done quickly and decisively. This dragging on crap makes it appear there are bigger objectives. And the longer it drags on the more money U.S. tax payers have to pay and Americans are getting sick of paying for war.
I really think it's that simple. MAGA was not only sick of DEI domestically but we are sick of DEI internationally. People and nations need a little take care of yourself time and stop relying on the welfare of other nations. Once you take care yourself then you can help others. But right now sitting a $37 trillion in debt, America is tapped out.

They're winning a war that Hamas started. The pressure should be on Hamas to surrender and release all hostages. Then the war magically ends. War is a terrible thing, there's no way to fight a war any other way, so the lesson is avoid war at all cost. Hamas and the Palestinian people who put them in power should have considered that.
