Whats the timeline on each phase?
Symptoms
Downward trajectory of Influenza like illness reported within 14-day period
and Downward trajectory of covid-19 like symptoms reported in a 14 day period
Cases
Downward trajectory of documented cases reported within a 14 day period
or

He is giving each governor their own sink or swim option concerning the economy which if they sink chances are you'll see an opposite party candidate winning that office come the next election.

I’m not sure that answers my question.
A state could reopen in 14 days to phase 1. When can they go to Phase 2?

So it sounds like a best-case scenario is six weeks to reach phase 3

It says without “crisis care.”

FOR STATES AND REGIONS WITH NO EVIDENCE OF
A REBOUND AND THAT SATISFY THE GATING
CRITERIA A SECOND TIME

So does that mean another 14 days?

Chromedome's state by state breakdown is going to start getting a lot of attention.

Fauci and Birx having a heavy role is NOT good news - these were the same two who told Trump to shut down the whole country earlier this year as per Fauci's admission.

Agreed, expect these to be unnecessarily conservative guidelines.

Re-reading it now. It says if there's no evidence of a surge and the same 14 day trends are met again.
Looks like best case would be 42 days.

So in total, we’ll only be keeping people from their first amendment rights for 10-12 weeks or more.
Thank God for freedom.

Are you one of these virus hoax people?

Are you one of those people who doesn’t mind that we moved the goal post from not overwhelming hospitals to saving every fat and old person possible?

You are really off on your percentages. 3-10 million people aren't dying.

Well, I am looking at a document which pretty clearly indicates that the goalpost haven't shifted.

I'm one of those "this has probably all been an overreaction but either way the government doesn't have the right to do this to us" people.
We could very well see spikes every time things are opened up, and that would mean this would go on indefinitely until there's a vaccine.
Which means Trump is endorsing the most cautious approach possible, economy and life be damned.

Sure you are. You’ve been in support of this nonsense from the start.
