He wasn’t that bad. He’s now 78. He’s not going to have the same energy and be as sharp day in and day out as he was when he burst on the scene in 2016.

I thought his energy and demeanor were great.

He just rambles. I don’t understand why he and the campaign don’t hammer one issue for multiple days straight. Kamala against fracking. One week do the border. One week inflation one week foreign policy. When you just ramble and repeat yourself for 2 hours the issues don’t stick.

Imma be honest. I think you made this up, bro.

Wherever you start doing hour long probing questions that are hostile and you knock it out of the park let us know. He had one big missed opportunity….. wherever they said he wasn’t doing enough rallies he should have said I was shot less than a month ago. Other than that he did perfectly fine.
Let us know when Kamala answers questions….. hint she will not. She will be served up simple questions because if she does answer she’s instantly exposed.
Also realize, she’s way down in the polls but the cheating will be rampant. Here’s the good news, swing states are helping the voter rolls and republicans have a huge ground game that will take an above average amount of ballots over the democrats.

Holy shite did Trump actually say this?

I didn't think anyone thought that Trump listens to his campaign advisors. Better or worse, he says whatever is on his mind. Some people like that.
I think his chances would be much better if he could tone down the Trump and just hammer Harris on what a disaster this administration has been, as well as her complicity in covering up Biden's dementia, but I don't see it happening.

So, yesterday's performance at his Florida hideout was a lingering effect of a near miss a month ago. He's an old man who is highlighting his aging cognitive abilities.
Stumbling answers that are at best described as scattershot stream of consciousness rarely actually responding with clarity nor definitively to the media questions. No follow up Qs, no fact checking, did not even allow the questions to be heard from the media, just his lost in thoughts answers.

His campaign advisors and his political appointments are always letting Trump down. They can’t all be Michael Cohen I guess?

He will show up and take any question hostile media throws at him and do it for long stretches of time. They don't give him the questions in advance. The questions are designed to make him look bad. He still answers, but he doesn't have to accept the frames of their gotchas.
Kamala Harris has never done that. Ever. Not since she was installed as the candidate, not when she was VP, and not in her disaster of a nomination campaign.
Joe Biden also never once did that at any point in his campaign or administration, not even after the media turned on him and was trying to get him out.
