Dude, seriously. It was Joe Biden as VP that shut down the investigation of Burisma payments to Hunter. Biden was going to withhold a billion dollars in unsecured U.S. loans if the Ukrainian prosecutor was not fired. He was fired and Obama sent Ukraine the unsecured loan.
