Are you ignorant? Without mueller recommending the raid on Cohen, none of this happens.

Didn't sign a warrant, didn't apply for a warrant, recognized anything dealing with Michael Cohen's business dealing were outside the purview of his investigation as defined by Rosenstein and passed along information to SDNY. We don't know what information was passed to them.

So, you’re admitting that what you said was false? Obviously Mueller is a part of this story

I reiterate. Damn you people are stupid. If Cohen HAD paid that $130K and not been reimbursed by Trump that COULD be a violation of the law, which I assure you Mueller is concerned about.
Russian "collusion" wouldn't even be a fricking crime anyway. If you weren't stupid, you would know that Mueller is actually looking at is to see if Russians or anyone else broke the law and then if anyone in the Trump campaign conspired with them to do so.
If Mueller didn't look into the $130K to see if it was a campaign finance violation or not, he isn't doing his job.

Nah nothing at all. Other than Mueller being on this witch hunt to begin with, interrogating anybody and everybody trumps ever talked to, and grasping at straws bc he doesn’t have shite, so instead, he referred Cohen to the SDNY for investigation so they could look into Stormys “payment”
If you think this had nothing to do with Mueller, you’re full of shite.
And if you think that this doesn’t have anything to do with the fact that Cohen was suing buzzfeed and Fusion gps -bc he knows how they came up with a “Michael Cohen” in Prague story (hint: by ILLEGALLY searching the NSA’s database) It’s no different that anybody else they’ve tried to destroy- if they can drown you in legal bills and ruin you financially, they’re content.
If you can’t see it, then you’re too stupid to have a discussion with.

This is correct. So certainly if a possible campaign finance violation was found Mueller would be authorized to investigate that.

If Mueller has cohens records, then thats gonna be a problem. That would mean mueller referred Cohen to sdny, so that sdny could raid his property, and then funnel info back to him,- since the Cohen stuff was out of the “scope of the investigation” for mueller.

You're an ignorant frick.
Not knowing a payment was made at the time it was made =/= knowing a payment was made at any point ever.

Reminder that Hastert was convicted of trying to hide hush money through structured payments to his victims....

Stormy Daniels broke her NDA and hired Michael Avenatti to defend her and go after Trump. Daniels and Avenatti have been in court and part of their argument concerns this $130k. They are trying to depose POTUS as part of this case. Michael Cohen, as the one guy who signed the NDA with Daniels, denied Trump knew anything about the payment. Trump, when asked, also said he knew nothing about the payment. Guiliani just blew their bullshite out of the water tonight...Trump's own fricking attorney just fricked up his client in another case.
So what does any of that have to do with Mueller?

YOu really are this stupid aren’t you?
There would have been NO RAID AND THEREFORE NO RECORDS SEIZED if not for Mueller referring him to SDNY.
Stormy Daniels lawsuit is not what prompted the raid that obtained the records, you ignorant frick.
MUELLER DID.

Aren't you the guy who tried to insinuate that you being some sort of fricking Army investigator meant something? As if it lent you credibility?
Yeah. You were in the Army, dude. Proof positive you are far from the sharpest tool in the shed. I mean, do you really think the way you're trying to twist this argument is in any way convincing, much less opaque? You aren't as smart as you think you are, buckaroo.

I'm guessing the young boys aspect there (that you seem to have passed over), is not exactly an irrelevant distinction between this scenario.
