This is a message board so we discuss. And on Megyn Kelly's show, she interviews a former CIA agent (Sexton) to specifically discuss the action of Senators Kelly and Slotkin et. al. And Megyn (with a law degree) can't understand what they mean by following "illegal orders". But Buck's take? Well he sees this a a nebulous concept leading to action on Trump. I tend to see his point given what Trump has gone through. And as I ponder where we will be in 2029, I hope your take is correct.
Democrats in power will try to crush the other side. There are a bunch in government who don't want to play nice. None of them want to play nice.

I took the comment in OP being a UN ICCJ tribunal. If he's saying it will be some DOMESTIC tribunal, then he's being a bigger blowhard than MK is by a factor of 100.

Yeah, they don't need a war crimes tribunal. They will use Judge David P Democrat.
If Buck Saxton is saying this with an add on of Brietbart hearing Bush's riling up with democrats help.
Something is coming and it has to be big and not some lady naming her cat pussy being raped.
The war in VZ had classified briefings. What if oh I dunno the IC CIA are setting Trump up with false intel and then sit with no oversight and laugh when even the republicans scream war crimes?
Why is Trump trusting his CIA, much less DOJ, FBI, DoD, all embedded deeply with Vindman's? It could be shake and bake and Rubio helped. The neverTrumpers will cheer it with the democrats.
What are the current GOP congress critters doing to move along on any agenda much less Trump's? Even if Trump gets the economy going they will impeach him and be happy to give Hakeem the gavel like Paul Ryan did to their bud Pelosi.

I'll say this about blowing up those boats, even thought I am not in favor of it. I'll trust they have pretty good intel about who or what is on them. They know if they end up blowing up a family it will be a massive scandal.

To be completely fair, and I will keep saying this, Trump has lost me, but of all recent Presidents going back quite a way, Trump is the last one who should be considered a war criminal.
He honestly has a fair case of deserving a Nobel Peace Prize. Far more than Obama ever did.

Not saying you believe that, you're just relaying the message. I just don't see how of anything, Trump can be seen as a war criminal. Saying Trump is a war monger is not something Democrats (or any other opponents) can say with a straight face.
