I hate this "drugged up" narrative. You're essentially conceding Biden did well. You're of course never going to have any definitive proof of this so by doing it you're empowering the Biden campaign to claim he has a strong performance and you're offering excuses and conspiracies.

I disagree, and this is coming from someone who usually does not appreciate this sort of thing from Trump. Usually it is about gratifying his own ego and it hurts him more than it helps him, but this is a strategic troll, and IMO likely to resonate with voters.
The more he can make the election a referendum on Biden, the batter his chances are, and Biden's mental decline is a legit weakness that he needs to exploit to that end.
