For sure if we stop talking about it.

It's valuable to keep the idea in the minds of the people.

This is just more carrot dangling for the dumbasses.

In between watching the football games and enjoying Christmas with the family, I was perusing Twitter and stumbled upon a lot of Q accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers. Their posts get tens of thousands of likes with posts saying that Bush was telling the nation about the 9/11 inside job by the word book he was reading to children that day. KITE was apparently the missile that hit the Pentagon

Also saying the C-17s on the runway in Afghanistan where the people were riding the landing gear were actually inflatables and none of that really happened.

Tens of thousands of likes. We’re not a serious people anymore. We prefer to chase after fairytales. I’ve just accepted our collective fate. I’ll ride the waves as long as I can.

The Q movement created the cult of personality. These folks literally believed Trump was some Christ figure sent to save humanity from evil..

Of course it's just a carrot on a stick. And even if his team comes up with an efficient alternative to Obamacare, Democrats and Republicans will never agree with it, and will vote it down. So, it is forever placed in the carrot on a stick category.

It's sad that better healthcare is basically in the same category as something as nonsensical as the Democrats' 'reparations'.

No thanks. Replacing big gov't with more big gov't isn't the answer.

We will eventually have single payer, Democrats are hell bent on it.

I'm all for it, just like the last time in 2017 when he did not offer up any legislation to replace.

What's his plan? Is the tweet or posting the plan?

Difference is that one has already failed to deliver on the same promise.

Do you go with what you know already failed or try something new?

First off this is just idiocy. Trump has no real plan nor does he have a fraction of the political will or ability to do this. If anyone hears this and does more than chuckles and moves on vs taking him seriously they are lost.

The irony is that Trump actually had some decent ideas the first time. He focused on price transparency which was smart. A big part of the problem with HC costs is no one knows how much things cost and they don't see it as something you choose. You just see your bill from the doctor of hospital and pay it, you rarely know the options for x would cost y or b would cost c. You don't see the hospital charging you like a military contractor making a toilet seat because it's all lost in the gray of insurance and complex billing.

When people don't understand what things cost and they have no incentive to go to McDonalds vs a Ruths Chris they will just choose Ruths Chris. Once you start to assign real values and costs to healthcare you can start to get people to make choices that make sense and hold companies accountable to the market.

Unfortunately healthcare is insanely complex and politicized. It takes real discipline and immense political will to tackle it and Trump has neither. So at best there are temporary fixes on the edges. Social Security reform is the same issue.

He hasnt already failed in keeping it once, like Donny.

Good politicians get people on board with their vision.

There are mandates in the ACA that make health insurance more expensive. IMO he needs to focus on getting rid of those. That would be a good start.

Doing a large plan would be hard to pass.

How does he not have a plan of his own by now?

My plan returns healthcare to the free market and gets us out of debt and is deflationary while increasing the number of healthcare providers. It will trim over $1T from the current budget. Government is 99% out of healthcare - I retain some personnel and budget room for things like being a backstop for long term, residential care.

With no money and no staff I put out a ton of videos and a slide deck with over 500 slides and Trump, with a massive campaign staff and billions of dollars doesn't even have a plan.

This man has no intention of doing the work of being President. He just wants to win an election so people will call him "Mr. President" and stroke his ego.

If you don't contribute in some way then you no longer get Medicaid, Medicare, etc
Trump had 4 years, did none of this, did not replace ObamaCare.

He's just saying what people want to hear, and people are going to eat it up.

He won't do shite with ObamCare, anyone trying to be just a little bit rational knows that.
