Accept it pal.
I’m differentiating people like Bill Maher, Sam Harris, and the Weinsteins with the Hard Left. We can snag people like them if DeSantis is on the ticket. Sam Harris has said he regrets voting for Biden and he has hardcore TDS. Granted I think he’d stay at home instead of voting for Trump if he knew what this shite show administration would be, but still.

The commie takeover cannot have unified opposition. OML is right in his thinking. May be a pipe dream tho. Is enough bs right now with the economy and boosters, that im gonna be optomistic.

This is absolutely true. I do think there's a significant number of weak-minded cucks who would vote for Desantis and not Trump. I just want whoever will get the current cabal out and stand up to the swamp.

Stand up? I say nuke it. If Fauci, Daszak, Andrew Cuomo, Blinken, Miley, Garland, and Weingarten aren’t rotting in jail or executed by the end of 2025, we have a problem.

He's no Biden the Great Uniter

Trump got shite done. Is amazing how quickly Biden has tanked this joint.

The goal isn't unity...
Getting along is more appropriate term

Most on this board voted for McCain and Romney when those were the choices. He opened a lot of eyes even if he didn’t destroy the swamp, we should be grateful for what he has done.

You are a fricking joke.
Why in the world would a conservative want to be united with worthless fricking Democrats?
You RINO POS.

’m not wanting Leftists with us, I’m looking to recruit liberals. Biden has a 33% approval rating, so it’s on the board with could get around 40% of the Left just as of today nevertheless three years from now. Trump is so disgusting to some liberals they just can’t bring themselves to vote for him, but DeSantis does not present this problem. This is possible if we choose the right person and act decisively and quickly.
Bush was pretty much just as disgusting to liberals without the mean tweets, brash persona and reputation.
What issue is Desantis going to bring liberals on board with and keep his conservative base happy?
There is no answer to that question. If Desantis tries to find some new "middle" in an already too left of center America, his base will abandon him as another establishment turncoat. We aren't sitting on two sides trying to win the hearts of some perfect group of liberal centrists. We have been drug abusively far across the line into the left, past where those gentle liberals had already set up shop into the wastelands of lunatic socialists, communists and anarchists. Pulling this country even back to anything that could fairly be considered "the middle" is going to come with pain and division...just like the yank leftwards did.

There is zero value in dividing the base in this Trump vs DeSantis stuff, it’s the same wing of the party.
Whoever runs, it’s time for the nominee to be optimistic again. Encourage instead of scold Americans. Ignore COVID and the divisiveness and finger pointing that comes with it. We’ve forgotten how great we and our county can be, and we need a leader who can bring us out of this slump, like Regan did. This country and it’s citizens are starved for optimism.

Oh there's value in it.....value to the Left, unfortunately.
Which is quite strange for the various alleged supporters of the Right herein this thread working to drive the wedge deeper and deeper.

Bush was a fricking war criminal who ripped our rights away and is responsible for thousands of blown up women and children. Disgust for him is absolutely warranted.

What do they have against him? It seems like they have nothing.

All DeSantis needs to do is keep doing what he’s doing. It’s a winning formula. What he’s doing right now can get liberals on his side.
