MAGA, is this “winning”?

Asking for the deficit

Whose reports?

Excellent question.

Probably the same reports that Trump is going to shake up his Cabinet in January.

Or that DOGE no longer exists.

I don't believe reducing the deficit has ever been a MAGA priority (at least not at all that much). That has always been more of a libertarian Paul Ryan, Rand Paul priority, not a maga thing.

Should remove the age restrictions on catastrophic plans. If the Democrats oppose it, hammer their district with ads reminding voters how much they're losing every month.

Neither were right. Democrats wanting to put a bandaid over a cut artery and the entire premise of Obamacare’s having to keep insurance companies profitable. And Republicans refusal to acknowledge that out health insurance infrastructure is completely broken and has been for a very long time while complaining about Obamacare while never offering any alternatives or repealing it. And even if they did I have no doubt what they’d bring forth would be horrible because we can’t help those lazy poors (even though a ton of them are on Medicaid too)

So one of them publishes a story based on anonymous sources and the others pick it up?

I'm not saying it won't happen, but I'd like to hear it from the horse's mouth.

Dems make a huge win in the midterms and effectively handicap Trump for the rest of his term, the country is finished.

The R Party always has a reason that they choose not to lead.

Democrats already telling their voters not to take the subsidies because they are facist, racist, and literally Hitler.

Then in 2 years, it will be extended again and eventually be permament

From what I understand, the COVID subsidies just eliminated the cliff above a certain income (4x Fed Poverty I think). Below that, the COVID subsidies had little or no impact.

The shift by the posters here explaining every Trump move is wild.

A month ago it was keep it shut down, this is socialism.

Now they are defending the extension.

Incredible.

Winning for what? Im tired of losing at 20mph instead of 30mph. Zero point in republicans having power and doing nothing. God why did you people abandon DeSantis. He would have done everything Trump pretended he would do. Crazy

I think this is an attempt at a “soft landing” from Obamacare, but I don’t see how that’s even possible. The system is so convoluted it needs to be rebuilt from scratch, starting with extricating the government from the system entirely.

Or do the opposite, but government in the sytem more than it is now by offering Medicare for one and all as long as those who would be getting it pay a monthly premium.
