My guess is this is a national guard deployment. Again, we are to have QRF guards forces trained and ready to deploy all across the country by the first of the year for things like riot control.
Something big is coming for sure.
And btw, there is still no confirmation of this announcement. If it comes today, my money is still on twitter for the announcement.

No, it's going to be an announcement that improves the quality of lives of nearly every American on prescription drugs. I know it pains you to hear that, but it's true. He continues to do good things for Americans.
