On the bright side, one of overrated Tom Friedman’s stipulations for Biden to debate Trump will be met

And now he can legitimately claim the issue is subject to ongoing litigation and not something he can release as a condition to debate upon advice from his attorneys in that litigation.

Can anyone explain to me why EVERY time the SCOTUS "gets it wrong" or is "politically 'cucked'" it just happens to be when they rule in opposition of one's preferred outcome?

That’s just your imagination.

No, he's not.

He's under a politicized inquisition by far left whackjob Democrat operatives. These FILTHY F*CKING DIMS are on a fishing expedition to find political dirt on their opponent. And, that should not stand.

Remember, these are the same people who refuse to make the Clinton Crime Family Foundation reveal its donors EVEN THOUGH IT IS REQUIRED BY F*CKING LAW.

The GOOD NEWS is that both of these opinions just punt the final resolution 3-4 years down the road. By that time, Trump will be in 2-3 years into his second term and no one will care.

Relax, grandpa. Yes, Trump is under investigation. No, I'm not saying it's a fair or unbiased investigation.

Lmao, why is it that no one on this board can understand basic legal concepts?

You do realize you can google this, right? Like, all of the details of this case are right at your fingertips.

He's under investigation in Manhattan about whether or not the Trump organization falsified financial documents in order to hide hush money payments to two women Trump slept with before the election.

Umm... so the “ Touhy Regulations “are unconstitutional now? That’s not what the Supreme Court said in Touhy v. Ragen in 1951.

We have to amend the Privacy Act also?

I actually think that many of them COULD do so, if they were only willing to remove partisan blinders and TRY to be objective.

But this is a political board, not a legal analysis board. Sound legal analysis is rejected here on a daily basis, where it conflicts with ideology.

This is a partisan pep rally, not a court of law. rah, rah, rah.

I think the point is that falsifying financial documents with the intent to hide payments (to any party) is a federal crime. Don't think it's necessarily about taxes. But I guess yeah, maybe Stormy Daniels would have to pay taxes on that?

And I wonder what will happen when those tax returns happen to "leak" to CNN or the New York Times.

You're grasping at straws, just flinging baseless accusations of plagiarism. Have some pride, just take the L and walk away.

So the Michael Cohen raid was not fruitful.

They’ll attack things like that just to show that this filthy millionaire doesn’t pay his fair share of taxes, though he most likely does. You can’t really tell much more than that from a tax return. They are not at all representative of a persons over wealth and don’t tell the whole story on where income comes from.

That's all either of these cases are about; Digging to find something they can publicize that makes him look bad with zero underlying evidence.
