We'll just have to agree to disagree. At 5:15 in the morning, I just went back to check the 2/3/25 White House BS declaration about the "dangers" from Canada.

Who believed that? Obviously not the 2/3rds Republican appointed panel yesterday.

Amen. This court, and the people who support this ruling, do not have the USA’s best interest at heart. frick the court, frick the swamp, frick the deep state, frick the uniparty.

Irrelevant to the court case.
What is relevant is the "panel" ignored both precedent and law in issuing its finding.

You have to excuse Ivory. He believes every president before Trump used all the right statutes and employed thousands of Constitutional scholars to painstakingly go through all of their proposals to make sure there wasn’t the slightest hint of impropriety before moving forward with an executive order.

Timing for this is curious. Comes out just when the EU was about to fold.

Why has the US court of international trade EVER ruled on the unfair practices of other countries? If they can deny tariffs, why didnt they put in tariffs at any time over the past decades?

I know because they dont have the authority.....just like they dont have the authority to take them off...

Because this was the goal. It (predictably) backfired.
