how is he "using the presidency" to enrich himself by suing the IRS due to the IRS failing to follow The Privacy Act, the IRS Restructuring and Reform Act of 1998, and Title 26, section 6103, when the common person can do exactly the same?

Also... we just going to ignore all that other stuff where other presidents and their families actually enriched themselves and the government actually used its power to pursue him and violate his rights... multiple times. Nahhhh. It's THIS that is the problem... the president taking an action that is guaranteed every single person wronged by the IRS. THAT is what we have to be mad at.

Who cares if Biden's brother was a key member of an entity that defrauded Medicare?? THIS is what we gotta be angry about. Who cares if Hillary sold access through donations to her foundation? THIS is what we gotta scream about.

What you think the IRS is?? A big arse robot with a thousand arms with 50 fingers that is constantly keying in information on 10 keys and spitting notices out it's nose while some janitor shovels tax returns and checks into its arse?

It's the IRS' responsibility. Full stop.

He has likely had to spend more than that in law and PR fees.

and I have trouble believing it has caused him 10 billion in damages.

Sometimes it isn't about simply recouping the monetary damages, but also sending a message. It's not ridiculous at all. It's the legal game.

10 Billion dollars of US taxpayer money.

Who actually cares about waste and about paying down the debt?

I’m all for other programs and proposals to limit waste, but those amount to peanuts compared to this biggest waste of all.
