Because people in his own party don't want to see him succeed. Trump has been shown that there are many who oppose his agenda just so they can argue "Trump failed to pass_______, so he sucks". It's ammo being collected to use against him running again.

People can escape the Obamacare mess by joining medical associations that operate like pre-Obamacare insurance.

No it doesn't. This is for employers that employ less than 50 people. Now what they can do is partner up with other small business owners kind Of like a co-op.
If you are able to take part in this you can receive "cheaper" insurance because your maximum coverage amount will be smaller. It also reduce the time frame of coverage.
its a good plan if you are young single and healthy, but Not so good if you have a child that becomes sick. Its kind of like having liability insurance on a car

This EO will probably be in the court system for a while. Then if it is considered constitutional it will take a few years to go in affect.

This will be after the midterms and probably at least 18 to 24 months.

Not that you are wrong, but didn't he just rescind the DACA EO on the grounds that it was over reach by Obama. How is trying to fix healthcare in the same manner any different?

An EO isn't automatically unconstitutional. The ACA gives the President the broad authority to make certain changes to the law itself without Congress, no such law gave Obama authority to grant illegals the right to not be deported. SOme argue that DACA was just a pardon, which obviously the POTUS can do, but a pardon doesn't mean you can continue breaking the law.

"The proposal offers more choice to consumers in terms of coverage options," Dillon said. "Healthier consumers will likely be able to enroll in plans with lower insurance rates, while more medically complex consumers may be subject to significant rate increases."

So a healthy person pays for a healthy person's healthcare and a sick person pays for a sick person's healthcare.

Approved.

I agree, but I think if it is as successful as they think it will be, it'll be hard for anyone to repeal it. And it would probably be added to some bill just so senators could try to take credit for it eventually as well.

Talking points haven't been released yet. Give her time to read them and then copy/paste.

After then, she'll be here in full fury, snark and disdain for us lesser, evil cretins who dare to question any facet of obamacare.
