This is not something I care about much but people who like dst could just start work an hour earlier in the brighter months

DST is ancient and should have been done away with decades ago. Of course Trump will be impeached for this.

Nah I’d rather DST sunlight bc sun light at 7pm is much better than sunlight at 7am

This ain't 1850 and nobodies a fricking farmer anymore.

Californian's voted to end Daylight Savings last year...and after the Spring forward will stay...

Meaning no more darkness in the winter at 5pm.

Every State is jumping on the bandwagon. More light year-round.

You mean they voted to adopt Daylight Savings Time permanently? Because ending DST is the opposite of what you just said.

What you're describing would be ending standard time, right? I'm pretty sure no 5pm darkness in the winter would mean permanent daylight savings

Yeah. He has the terminology flipped one way or the other.

I think most people want to live in DST forever but they say they want to end it incorrectly.

Nah. I'll take my early nights in the winter. Watching the golden band from tigerland march down victory hill at night for the bama game is amazing and reason enough to leave it be. Plus we'd have no more night 4th quarters for 2:30 games. Im good

But, but, but what will Newfoundland do? Their Atlantic time is half an hour off.

The strangest time zones in the world because it's a dreary Monday afternoon and a quirky topic
