No one in human history has had their EXACT speech patterns transcribed word for word as much as Trump. The media is disgusting and they do it intentionally. You could make a lot of people seem weird as frick if you put their exact words into writing every time they said something

Trump started using the Populist Playbook half way down the escalator in Trump Tower in 2015.
And #1 in the Populist Playbook is to discredit the press. He wanted to set up an adversarial position with the press so he could complain about how the elitist press was mistreating him and that anything negative was fake news so his minions would disregard it.
Trump wouldn't want it any other way. It's all part of the plan.
