It's dropping in my area. We're still just below 3.90 but it's definitely been near and around 5.50 to 6.

Gas is currently around the $5.50-5.70 mark in San Jose according to my brother in law. When it peaked there it was around $8.70 a gallon but settled in around $7.

It's currently 3.14 and has been as high as 4.93 in June of last year.
