So its said by his supporters and himself that the attack on Ukraine and Israel would not have occurred on his watch. Thats debatable imo but we are past that now and if he is elected he may be dealing with a wider conflict in the middle east and the continuing war in Ukraine.

I really dont have a clue as to how he will engage in these conflicts. On one hand he seems to want to play to the America First crowd in his speeches that while not strictly isolationist certainly lean that way. On the other hand he has shown a willing ness to use and certainly threatens to use American military force when necessary. So how do you all see him engaging in these matters? Will it be much different than Biden and how so?

He will continue to fund both, especially Israel. Their welfare payments will probably increase significantly.

It’s not debatable. They didn’t happen on his watch.

Countries knew not to frick around with him because he wasn’t a traditional politician. He was viewed as dangerous to our adversaries.

Ukraine is going to wind up with a deal agreeing to Russia keeping what it has and it doesn't matter who the U.S. President is.

I dont disagree but if unless he was bluffing that means he was willing to what? Unleash hell on Russia or Iran?

Trump wouldn't do much different on Israel. He has said Biden is not supportive enough. But, other than saying a few mean things to Bibi, Biden hasn't restrained Israel whatsoever.

I have no idea about Ukraine, but Trump is saying they need more aid, which is not a good sign for the non-interventionists.

Russia and Ukraine was simmering and some shite going on since 2014. I think he would have had a bit of sway but who knows.

Hamas? He wouldn’t have stopped that. Iran and hamas hated what he set in place with peace in the ME.

We would be in a better place for sure but no clue he could have really stopped either.

I believe there may be substance to his stance that you've chosen to ignore.

Money no longer "given" but in the form of a loan. Ukraine on a very short lease. Produce or learn to speak Russian. (Most do already)

Trump will continue to support Ukraine and Israel.

The difference is Trump could plausibly negotiate a cease fire in Ukraine and will stand up to Iran. Biden won’t do either.

End of the money does not necessarily mean end to the fighting in either situation.... just some of our involvement. For little while anyway.

Please don't use the term "welfare".
Many of those who oppose many welfare payments in the U.S. (and rightly so) wholeheartedly support payments to Israel.

What boggles my mind is that they are not even on AIPAC's payroll like our politicians.

Neocons like Ben Shapiro feel that trump will green light Israel’s war objectives but isn’t trump supposed to be an America first anti war guy?

I would rather have Biden stay if it means israel dragging us into a war they can’t win without us

Just like Reagan. The USSR stopped what was called 'adventurism' that was going on when Carter was president. They knew Carter was a pussy.

Here's the thing, I dont think he is entirely wrong that fear of Trump's unpredictability and madman image did keep some bad actors at bay...but what does that mean moving forward? And how do his supporters square peace through strength with America First?

He'll cut Ukraine off like a crackhead son-in-law.

He'll tell Israel to do what they need to do but hurry it up.
