I think president Trump will spend more time battling the moderating "panel" than joe hiden. The "moderators" will interrupt when it looks like Trump is getting the better of biden, which will be the entire debate. They will question things Trump says and help biden defend himself.

Chris Wallace will be tongue tied in trying to 'fact check' - I.e., shed doubt - on Trump's assertions. Will be fun to watch; both Wallace and Biden squirm.

Oh there’s no question the Democrats will debate as a team. The moderator(s) might as well show up wearing Biden pins in their lapels. None of which will be noted in the media coverage and 50% of the electorate are too stupid to see it as it happens.

I want to get excited, but I am concerned the Dems have a ton of conditions that will make the debate look vanilla. Remember, the Dems plan is to shield Sleepy Joe in any way possible. We will know after about 10 minutes, because that is all the time Trump would ordinarily need to go for the jugular...

Covid-19 incoming for Biden in 3,2,1, . “He has been putting a lid on his campaign in an attempt to fight off Covid-19 because he feels it’s very important to debate the president and he could not wait to do it , but he’s to sick” . I’m waiting for this statement from his campaign .

Its foolproof. Just thinking point counter point here, let's practice what defense Biden will have for this.
Trump goes after Biden for his shady dealings with his son. Personal enrichment in Ukraine, personal enrichment in China.
Biden will say we need not discuss this and will pivot to Coronavirus as the main subject to debate and that he would have done a better job combating the virus.
Trump will say since you brought that up, why should anyone trust Biden who is in bed with the very country that released the damn thing and attacked me for ceasing traffic to and from that scourge of a country.
Further, he can lay into Biden on his late to the party positions immediately after using his own words and actions against him.
It is a losing position for Biden.
If Biden brings up the racial divide in this country, Trump can point to Clarence Thomas' hearing, Anita Hill, the Biden crime bill, etc as further proof of a failed record on that as well.
If Biden brings up equality and LGBTQ+ rights, Trump can point to the long record of Biden holding the opposite views across the board and Trump being the only President who started his political career as a supporter of gay marriage.
Trump is signaling this already with his "i have gotten more done in 48 months than Biden has in 48 years" line.
I can't wait for Tuesday and Trump will curb stomp the fricker.
Can you think of any rational defense for Biden on anything I listed? Play Devil's advocate.

Trump will be the co-moderator 10 minutes into the debate. This debate will be an opportunity for Dims who still possess free and rational thoughts to take the “Red Pill” Trump will graciously offer. There’s little doubt Trump will interject copious amounts of information dealing with Swamp corruption and where Sloe Joe and his family fits into that corruption.
