Rosa Parks broke the law too.

Trump has the authority to issue pardons for federal offenses. She was convicted on state charges. He has no power there.

But he can bring her Evidence to the fore of public view. The stability of our Nation depends on an HONEST vote, and the processes which guarantee this should be impeccably verifiable. Why not?

Good Lord, your complete lack of understanding of our Constitutional system is simply breathtaking.
Wait a second, are you too claiming to be a constitutional expert? You wouldn't happen to be a "libertarian lawyer" would you?
It's FaggieHank!

If one State chooses to deep six said Evidence, then that is not mere Obstruction but given the overall political and basic ideological (“fundamental change “) then it becomes far more pernicious and dangerous re Rule of Law. Constitutional version.
Problem is, the case wasn't about election fraud. It was about the protocols she (allegedly) chose not to follow.

Like Tina Peters?
The usual TDS f@gs in here, crying because a woman convicted and imprisoned as a poltiical prisoner by Democrats in the state of Colorado was pardoned. Because that's what REAL conservatives do.
fricking clowns.

Yes or no, did she commit an illegal act?

Yeah that's not what the data showed.
You do realize that the unauthorized third party associated with Lindell got that data right? And it showed no wrongdoing?
Would / should Tina Peters be in jail serving a 9 year sentence if the data showed vote flipping and clear election fraud?

I think even Trump and his team know this won't work as simply as he makes it sound. If he wants to really help her, he will have to go another route. A federal review of the CO investigation is a good way to start. Having Pam Bondi poking around looking for some civil rights violations would be a nice treat.

I’m arguing for a FULL exposition of the Evidence of vote tampering which lies underneath her choice to risk conviction because of her dedication to having the WHOLE TRUTH aired.
Do you serve Truth, or the Law?
You realize that all of this is already out there right?
The information she stole didn't contain any evidence of illegality.
The rest of the story, the TRUTH, is out there and was publicly reported on during the trial.
What, exactly, do you think is being hidden?
