I can't stress enough how much I want Tina Peters out of jail. She is a national hero.

NONE of what you mention has ANYTHING to do with her status as a prisoner of the state of Colorado. If Peters is called to testify in a federal case, Colorado will decide how that is accomplished: most likely by Zoom.
