Great. Are you going to stop crying about Trump all day?

The President has as much power to pardon Bibi Netanyahu as he does to pardon Peters.

If the POTUS is limited to the same resources and information at hand as a random poster on the internet, then we're all fricked.

It's almost as if there's an entire cadre of WH counsel attorneys who know the legal maneuvering in the matter better than Some Guy.

The Constitutional principles at issue aren't complicated

Its impossible to discuss issues here. Few read the post, much less links and evidence provided.

I enjoy crowdsourcing the truth. "What do you know that I don't know? How do you know that? Why is that important? What does it mean?"

On the rare occasion when we are just gathering information (Kirk assassination, etc), I really appreciate this Board. If it's something that MIGHT suggest Trump was mistaken, it's not worth spending much time on the topic.

(duh, President can't pardon state offenses)

It is bad enough that trump failed to understand that he cannot pardon a state conviction, even though considering his own state felony convictions, that is something that he should be well familiar with.

But trump has many attorneys who know this basic legal concept. They either failed to convey the information and advice to trump, or trump failed to follow that advice.

Either way, yet another trump clusterfrick that is wasting time.

More and more posters on this forum are coming to understand that Trump is not perfect.

Of course, the “Trump is Omniscient” camp is still larger.

It seems at somet point there will eventually be a flashpoint that will break the dam, then big- mouthed leftists will literally get the chance to fight for their little utopia.

Its a clown show. I guess this will be how govt operates from here on out, if this is what voters want.

Or Trump never bothered to ask for that advice.

The man shoots from the hip far, far too often.

Trump should be able to pardon whoever he wants. Sorry liberals, we are coming for every single last one of you pieces of shite after we free all of the true MAGA patriots.

Who would have thought that near-worship of a New York snake oil salesman would be the death of federalism in this country?

Why do you hate America so much?

If you don’t like it, leave. Pretty simple really.

What a lazy trite cliche, Hank. Trump owns over 400 entities including some of the nicest resorts in the world and this is all you can muster. What a hyperbolic simpleton you are.
