They the followed that up by allowing the DOJ to run a false Russia collusion fraud prosecution against Trump campaign associates.
They then followed that up by creating a misinformation campaign to dismisss the Hunter Biden laptop.
They then followed that up by allowing the FBI to run J6 operation to attack the capital.
So why should Trump 2024 admin trust anyone in the FBI today after their known history?

The appointees and old high brass don’t do the actual checks, they only control what gets released, when, and how (such as the bs Steele Dossier which they knew was political agitprop paid for by Hildawg’s team).
The background checks aren’t some secret formula of wizardry. The main players mostly have already been known and have background checks already previously performed.
I think you are over-estimating the value/need for additional background checks, and greatly underestimating the frickery that the FBI/NSA/CIA have done to non-globalists under the umbrella of background checks.

I still wish he wouldn’t announce his plans ahead of times, what purpose does it serve.
If he can do this, then can he revoke clearances day 1, and set those guys aside until his people clear them? If so, it moved.
