Why do they have to be convicted? You think you going to get convictions in MN or CA? They are being tried by the people that help them commit fraud. If you are in connection with these fraudsters you should be revoked citizenship.

New Orleans
The Louisiana legislature passed a law last year making it illegal for cities to claim sanctuary status.
It's very confusing...
