Trump got a million more votes in Florida in 2020 than desantis got Tonight. He nearly flipped Miami Dade and the Cubans and Hispanic population is on board with Trump as well.

So DeSantis took a state he barely won in 2018 and turned into a +20 in four years. That is DeSantis, not Trump. You need to think.

There were 11,067,456 votes cast in Florida in 2020. Per ABC, with 94% reporting there have been 7,621,519 votes cast. 3,445,937 fewer votes than in 2020. If the same number of votes were cast as in 2020, DeSantis would have to get fewer than 1/3 (32.9%) of those remaining votes to get Trump's total. DeSantis would easily get more votes than Trump did if 11,067,456 votes were cast in this race.
In 2020 there were close to 400K people in Florida who voted for at least 1 down-ballot Republican but didn't vote for Trump. Florida should've been a bigger victory in 2020.
