Trump needs to do an address to the nation

We currently don't have a president. I would like to see Trump start coming out looking very presidential, suit and red tie sitting behind a desk and speak to the country as if he was president.
Say what we need to do in X,Y,Z situation and how to fix it, with these steps. Hell he can start talking to foreign leaders, tell them if you dont do this, I am going to make you pay when I get back in. This country needs leadership and it is not going to be emitting out of the skunked brain of Grandpa Pedo.

Trump needed to do a lot of things, mainly not be a complete dick in the first debate, and second, have a coherent position on Covid.
I want to remind you that Trump at one time publicly refused to wear a mask, and later wore masks. And he publicly criticized Sweden for NOT choosing heavy handed mandates.
The best thing Trump can do is get the frick out of the way and support a Desantis candidacy. That's what's best for the nation, but Trump is about Trump only.

His word holds zero weight on an international diplomacy level currently. How in the hell can he come out and make military threats with no control over the military?
He can't sanction anyone.
