Your whole trial is rigged with corruption.

It and you are humorous to me

Do you want to argue my facts?

It’s not Trump’s burden to prove entitlement to the immunity. The prosecution must rebut the high presumption that President Trump’s actions are entitled to immunity.

So if a fella comes in to your town or church and says he is going to tell everyone you frigged 3 of his sheep unless you pay him $10, you are telling me it is against the law to write your lawyer a check for legal expenses to protect your reputation?

Cool. That will require motion practice and a new trial, minimally.

I can't wait to read the briefs discussing how corporate payments for a "hush money" settlement were official acts of the President of the US.

They probably weren't related to campaign finance laws either.

Theoretically? No.

We don't know if campaign finance law had anything to do with his conviction (and the fact that we don't is the strongest argument for a re-trial, FWIW)

Naw, I believe Trump was wrongly convicted in crimes that shouldn't be illegal.

I'm saying paying off a hooker with hush money to protect your reputation isn't an official act as President.

Except for the jury instructions where the judge said that a campaign finance law violation could be the predicate crime.

Ehhh that's a stretch. Seems pretty cut and dry to me that actions related ti thus were in a personal setting. SCOTUS made clear that doing a thing while president doesn't make the thing an official act.

The entire defense of the payments is built around it being a valid corporate expense due to reputation affecting the value of the company.

I want to hear how anything related to Trump Corp was part of the Executive

That doesn't refute what I said. At all.

I never argued that possibility was precluded.

lol you’re so dumb. You’re saying he paid her off in benefit of his company, not political reputation?
