More importantly, do campaign finance violations qualify as “high crimes and misdemeanors,” which is the constitutional standard for impeachment? It is hard to imagine an infraction that the Justice Department often elects not to prosecute is sufficiently egregious to rise to that level, but the debate on this point between partisans would be intense.
It is not “high crimes and misdemeanors,” but the partisan debate will put a black cloud over Trump and his agenda. It was just reported that Ryan held back a bi-partisan immigration bill this summer because he wanted what democrats want. How many Ryan's remain in DC is the bottom-line? I still don't trust Graham...

I think it all depends on how many with R's after their names weasel like flakes. As we all know they have an R and a D on stand-by ready and approved by the establishment.

Indicted for spending your own money for chicks to go away

Sounds like prostitution should be the charge not campaign finance

So the SDNY is going to indict a sitting President for a long reach campaign finance violation. This is what no Russian Collusion looks like.

Christie on sunday morning talk shows...

LINK

Cohen's lawyer (Lanny Davis) said in the past, 'no corroborating evidence beyond Cohen', but Christie says it sounds like honest Bob has it.

What about all the sex slush fund payoffs, were these disclosed on campaign finance forms? Are they all guilty of the same thing?

That is an excellent question. It seems as if that subject just disappeared like Paul Ryan.
