Lawrence O'Donnell, the "journalist" who offered to fight Mitt Romney's son for...no particular reason, in 2012

According to FindLaw.com, Susan E. Weiner and Daniel M Kummer are actually both lawyers for Comcast.

That doesn't mean it's real, but...

Trump's lawyers do know better than this right? If they sue, and the network doesn't bow, then the network gets a chance to do discovery into his finances to prove their allegations.

I don't think that's quite how it works.

There is another thread indicating O'Donnell retracts his reporting and will do so tonight on MSNBC. So quit thinking about whether or not lawyers names really are code for silly sexual humor intended to trick the readers.

It was obviously a lie. Acting like Deutsche Bank would request cosigners to minimize risk lol. They're either the Wells Fargo of Europe, or Wells Fargo is the Deutsche of America. Horribly run banks with no standards, no ethics and nobody knows or wants to know what anyone else is doing lest it bite them down the line.

The slander and libel laws need to be changed. Say something not true, risk actual damages, no matter if to a public figure or if done by mistake. See how quickly the well dries up and the truth starts being reported.

Public figure defense my arse.
