First of all, stop citing the law because youve been proven time and again to be on the wrong side of this argument. It’s getting really old.
Second of all if this report were anything less than helpful to Trump, or extremely harmful to Democrats, McConnell would never allow it to see the light of day.

He’s been citing protocols that cover intelligence agents that fall under the jurisdiction of the DNI. And he’s trying to impose those protocols on the President of the United States. It’s pathetic.
