Do you deny we control what goes through the straits and they just run up and shoot at something every now and then?

It's supposed to be far enough away to be out of sight and also hidden by other islands from anywhere in Iran.
It's far enough away from Iran that they don't have line of sight due to curvature of the Earth. I figured I would throw that in there in case there are any retarded flat Earthers reading.

First of all they aren’t “goat herders taking potshots. They’re launching drones from hundreds of miles away. This makes it riskier for shipping companies to transit. If we truly “controlled” the strait then shipping would be coming and going at will without regard for Iranian interference. Those are simply facts.
Do we control whether Iranian ships or ships bound for Iranian ports transit or not? Sure. But we do not completely control the strait because if we did Iran would have zero influence on ship passage, which they clearly do.

It's difficult to defend. This is the low end of Shahed drone coverage. It's probably twice this.

You presume a Dem doesn't take the White House and goes on an Obamaesque apology tour where he/she unwinds all of it.

Pretty sure I will get the same five dv as well.

So in order to completely control the straits you just have to fire a drone from hundreds of miles away, but if you determine who actually makes it through or not you don't.
Did I read that correctly?

It’s more than just one. And that “spitball” made the ship dead in the water. How many ships were hit transiting the strait prior to the war? We simply aren’t capable or aren’t willing to secure the strait.
How many ships weren’t hit before the war, because they were abiding by Iran’s rules/fees?

Yes but they’re fairly easy to shoot down once spotted. The problem is we don’t have many US naval vessels in or around the strait to my knowledge. The “facilitating” of ship passage is done by ISR and aircraft trying to spot the drones. I imagine mostly helicopters and light fixed wing aircraft are shooting most of them down.

Zero. And Iran didn’t charge fees for passage prior to the war.

Then, why doesn't he get on TV weekly and explain this to all the low IQ idiots in this country who think he's just sitting around raising their prices arbitrarily.

If he can secure a true annexation or even secession of Calgary away from Canada, that would be the cherry on top.

The biggest choke point in the world
The biggest choke point in the world today is Taiwan.
Hormuz was the biggest choke point but President Donald J. Trump and the US Navy brought that bullshite to an abrupt end.
Today is a great day for the United States of America. We should celebrate the tremendous success President Trump has achieved in securing resources for the American people. Not to mention benefits to the people of Venezuela being the icing on the seven layer cake.

Clearly, you are a bit slow on the uptake. Hormuz was the biggest choke point but President Donald J. Trump and the US Navy brought that bullshite to an abrupt end.
