Id vote for this. Keep DST.
My handicap would drop by at least 2 strokes after a couple of years.

frick that. Quit thinking we can manipulate time. Use standard time.

If you want more daylight at the end of the day, wake up earlier and go home earlier.

Why does it matter?

Is it harder to change clocks than to switch schedules to account for the daylight hours?

I don’t understand people who struggle with daylight savings time.

Suspending DST means going to standard time which is less daylight at end of day.

We are currently in DST. When we roll clocks back in November and it gets dark at 5 that’s Standard Time

Yes, we all know. I even said in my OP we need to make it permanent. No more standard time

Trump made it pretty clear what hes pushing for. More daylight at end of day. Which would have a super majority support from country.

This should have been done years ago. There is literally no reason to change the time, at all. I prefer to leave the house in the morning when it's dark and get home with light enough to get some things done outside.

This only works if all businesses rolled their open and close times back an hour

Days are shorter right now anyway. It's starting to get dark around 6. It's illogical to then say, "oh the days are shorter now, let's wind the clock back and make the working folk really feel it."

Yea its stupid. Let's make people dread the entire winter because they have zero daylight when they get off of work.

I know most will be happy for this, but I love when it gets dark super early.

Not true at all. Polls are split.

And Trump is only doing this because he owns golf courses. The golf industry has lobbied this for years. However, there is a strong lobby on the other side which is why the issue always stalls.

Not how EOs work. This would require an act of Congress.

Democrats have appointed Trump a king, so it’s really a decree.
