They really need to grow up.

TailbackU, you seem to be doing 2 contradictory things

1) claiming he isn’t calming the nation (hard to do when media is scaring crap out of people)

2) claiming he is dangerously downplaying the virus by saying risk to public is low

You can only pick one of these

Please do try to keep up. Nowhere did I state that to criticize he president made you an auto member of the left. On the contrary I stated that I too have been a critic of his tweeting habits and content. Whatever you are you appear to be a little slow on the uptake.

How about recognize the gravitas of the moment for godsakes. Stop tweeting about silly shite and keep focused on acting like an adult, at least for the next couple weeks. When things balance out, go back to tweeting like a high school sophomore but now is not the time for it.

Trump isn’t involved in the virus response

He (rightfully) delegated authority

If those folks start tweeting, I will be concerned

The point is he's not acting like an adult. I know he has it in him. I've seen it in some press conferences at times.

The rising popularity of socialism and bringing jobs back to Michigan is silly shite to you?

You’re still clueless four years later.

Good leaders delegate so they can stay focused on the big picture. That's what he did. The tweeting is another issue, and well, I'm more on your side with that.

Fair point. And from what I've seen by Pence, he's doing a good job. But Trump's behavior on twitter is fricking embarrassing, particularly right now.

The only people I know who are worried about the Coronavirus are liberals who are hoping it harms Trump politically.

There is an entire planet full of people living overseas who could give two hoots about Trump's political fortunes one way or the other who are worried. Or do you think Italy shut itself down to hurt him? Did Japan close its schools to cost Trump some votes in Wisconsin? Did Ireland cancel St. Patrick's day parades to cost him . the Catholic vote? Or is COVID - 19 is an external challenge being faced worldwide that has only to do with Trump on the margins. It is a very real challenge and the only people I know who are downplaying the concern are a small fraction of Americans who are fearful that it will harm Trump politically.

Yep you nailed it. Because I'm not constantly blowing Trump, that means I'm gay. Good call.

So what is your alternative? Communism or a guy with sure signs of AZ. The choice is your's. Again criticism is ok if it has a point. You are making no point other than a desperate reach to stir up a false controversy. The president is trying to lead, trying to reassure, trying to save us from the left's fatalistic attempt to destroy our country's economy in order to take power. And you seem to be part of their sickness.

One thing that's obvious here and completely true for Trump, his rabid fanbase lets him get away with a lot more shite than he should and that does him no favors at all.

The GOP base made the same mistake with Bush 43 and that restraint gave us one of the worst Presidents ever in Obama. Even when Bush was leaving office, a lot of people in the base were still very defensive of him and that was just completely stupid.

You don't owe politicians loyalty when they're supposed to be working for you, the voter, and delivering the results they promised on the campaign.

So displeasure with the POTUS' currently embassassing behavior means we have to choose an alternative ofcommunism? Jesus dude. Stupid question and you know it.
