I think you are FOS.. And of course you don't get or don't want to get it. Doesn't matter what the man does he is gonna be blasted by the left and the disgusting liars in the MSM. He tried being a calming voice by reassuring the people and the media and the leftists screamed that he wasn't taking the threat seriously! He is throwing people, resources, and public facilities at this thing at a record pace.

The things he is pointing out are all true and part of his effort to carry on the business of the office, get re-elected and tell people desperate for good news some positives. After all 500 are infected by this flu virus but some 330 plus million are not. THERE IS an all out, on going effort to throw him out of office by the radicals and he owes it to the GOP and America to protect us from either the dementia ridden and clearly dangerous Biden or the Communist takeover by Sanders. He needs to give real Americans a choice. This is no time to succumb to the "FEELS". This is a good time to throw the weight of the federal government behind the effort to contain it which has happened. Also he has an obligation to point out the good things going on in the USA a a critical juncture and horrible and possible collapse economically over a version of the flu. Biden and Sanders and the dems are basically ignoring the flu bug by campaigning wide open and ignoring the virus. Pulling for millions of infections and hoping to tie Trump down with something no human among us is responsible for.

I suppose the calming voice you yearn for is that of the coward Obama who waited until H1N1 had killed thousands and infected many, many thousands before doing what DT did immediately and that is declare an emergency.

And it doesn’t matter what he does 90% of this board will defend every word that comes out his mouth.

It is amazing how his followers won’t even be critical when he deserves to be criticized.

The way politics have become so tribal has led to everyone being hypocritical pieces of shite. That goes for both the left and the right.

The entire Democrat party is at war with people like me: White, Male, Christian, upper 20% income, married.

When forced to pick sides, we pick sides. Why would I criticize the only person in National Politica who doesn’t want to take everything I have from me?

Brilliant retort Jughead. It's a shame intelligent Conservatives have to deal with people like you being associated with us. Would be a lot easier to flip more to the right if people like you somehow discovered how you make us all look and STFU.

Can't fix stupid. Luckily the left has their own version of you so it balances out.

Every time he signs an Omnibus bill I bitch and criticize him because of the foreign aid and handouts .

You ever think maybe most people who aren't criticizing him about the virus aren't pussies and don't panic over bullshite ?

And 90% of the time He is correct. The 90% of this board that defends him represents NOT just this board, but the voice of AMERICANS all across this country that live in between the coastal bubble dwelling echo chamber fart sniffing enclaves of sniveling liberal hypocrisy and really stupid uninformed creatures that know NOTHING about the foundational principles that made this country great in the first place.

I'm critical of his hair do sometimes when he lets it go too long. What, pray tell, do you have to criticize him on, besides keeping every promise he made and making this economy fantastic?

Only everybody who is mentally ill and indoctrinated enough to call themselves a democrat in 2020. Face it, No sniveling democrat would EVER EVER win a Civics or History contest with a conservative American.

That goes for both the left and the right.

OK, I'll give ya that one, since the "right" had Jeff Flake and is now having the scourge and cancer of mittens romney.

Try harder, snivelkins. Get out and visit REAL Americans. You are obviously young, stupid, uneducated and indoctrinated.

Remember when McCain suspended his campaign in 2008 because of the economy?

Yeah...that served him well.

There are over 300,000,000 people in the USA. Less than 100 have died from COVID-19. Over 20,000 have died from the flu this year.
Do you know what a pandemic is? Neither COVID19, nor the flu are pandemics.
Once our country is facing a pandemic the prez will act accordingly.

Don't be a chicken Little. The sky is NOT falling. GET A GRIP MAN!!!!!

Count me among the 10% who call it like it is. I have called him out for his tweets more than anyone on this board. But hey that is the difference in Republicans and dems. We have a 10%, dems don't! And the difference between myself and the OP is I have lead before and know the difference between come here and "sic 'em".

The POTUS has a huge responsibility, an incredible responsibility and this is probably the most challenging of all. He has to be responsive to the challenge and at the same time keep this monster on the tracks least we all suffer. And he appears to be doing just that. If your fav dems had any sense of responsibility they would be supportive at this time rather than slandering and blaming the president for the virus. Shame on you and the dems. Find fault when you disagree. Don't capitalize on fear and tragedy for your own political "team". That is disgusting.
