So if one-leg ayatollah is indeed dead, isn’t that the end of that bloodline? I think his kid and wife were killed in the initial strike. Weren’t they allegedly descended from Mohammed, hence something like Shi’a royalty?

His wife was killed and potentially his teenage son, but I haven’t seen anything confirmed on that. He also has a daughter and a younger son, according to wiki.

That’s common (I.e Sayyids). There are millions of Muslims descended from Mohammed, like ghengis khan he and his relatives were invading butchers
