The irony in this statement is that some of the Indian call centers are calling about 5, 10, or 20 year old debts people haven’t paid for. They are hired by US debt collectors or some banks to call for payment.
But those calls in theory can be replaced with new AI call centers where a computer calls a debt deadbeat and leaves a message or starts a debt collection call and no foreign call center is needed.

What have they done to us? They helped us win WWII, and they haven't come here to steal all the STEM jobs from American Citizens...That's a couple of pluses.
I will guarantee you India will want something in return to make this deal with India, and that probably means more of our fellow citizens will be losing jobs to these H1B visa hogs.
